SteveRoberts responds:

Wow, cheers for the compliment! Glad you liked it! :)

I had mixed ideas regarding this video. At first, given that it's halloween, I thought I would be watching a horror movie... When I saw a student comming with her text books, I was sure it was a zombie flick, and later, when the man opened his eyes, I was sure that she was a gonner. but then it turned out touching... and I care to know what happens to the old man....

As for the glasses and book, yes, for sanitary reasons, one wouldn't put the glasses back on or put the book on the body, they would use a tray and grab another pair of googles. And yes, the scilent movie style speach was a bit of a mood killer as they segregated my sight from the scene and weren't clear on who was saying what... but those are quite minor... The last one could be solved by colour co-ordinated subtitles rather than segregated scenes...

All in all though, I love it. it was touching, moving and beautiful. Happy Halloween

Zombie-Pimp responds:

Yeah anatomy labs get pretty gross lol. This student probably broke a few sanitation protocols, and that's probably something I could have worked on improving. Thanks for this indepth review

haha it's awesome. super good. You haven't dissapointed me yet! Keep up the good work

Sykohyko responds:

good to know!

that was funny as hell... Wording was a little hard to understand (I think it's the dialect that I am not used to as well as the speed) but still funny. I followed the link, however you added a couple of spaces there, so it was a bit hard to find.

Warlord-of-Noodles responds:

Newgrounds adds spaces to links I can't stop it, unfortunatly.

First, I want to comend you on being such an awesome neko. by not drawing attention to the fact that you are a neko running a place in a human world more than being just that, you pulled it off with dignity and flaire. so Koodos to you (sorry not the phone ^..^)

Other than that, I have but one problem... I can't find your easter egg.

shazams responds:

There's a stack of papers that appear in the background in the last scene. You gotta be quick to hit them.

Also she's a wolf girl. A lot of people confuse her for a cat. haha

wow. ok:
Storyline:Your story is pretty good, I don't know how she survived the attack without using her power, but that's minor, it could be a bonus with her power. Anyways... The story was clear and flowed evenly and well.

Character design: your characters are well drawn out. I quite enjoyed how the straw man looked a little like Loofy from One Piece and your character sort of looked like a misfit hero/ misunderstood badguy.

Sound: I would have loved to hear voices in this video, but you did get a good choice of music, at any rate.

All in all, I have nothing really to say against your video and furthermore, I look forward to watching your Other Side movies.

exninja123 responds:

thanks!
glad you enjoyed it! :D

your animation is a little lacking in the sence that it runs slow (story vs, timing, not animation speed) and you don't have much to go by. this is a good start though, I can see a lot of potential in your story. In my opinion, use long pauses (like done with the naming of the sword) to build up suspence before or after a fight. Use really fast motions durring the fight and slightly faster motions durring the peaceful times. I walk down a street faster than Scare does, which makes it drawn out rather than captivating. Also, keep consistancy.. if he has a hand without an arm, still use his hand to grasp the sword. How the blade appeared when you named the sword, his fingertips would be showing and the bottom of his palm too, showing that he has a hand.

But this could all just be me. It's a compelling story all in all and I hope you keep it up.

LefyBoy responds:

I appreciate your review and I will definitely take your points, good ones mind you, into consideration when creating the next episode.
