hahaha so many morals to this simple animation. From "Don't bite off more than you can chew" to "Patience is a virtue". Simple yet helarious. Keep up the good work... As for the characters. I got where you were going with it, but it lacked ears... that's all that was wrong, other than that awesome!!!!

Carr77 responds:

Thanks man :)

this was really interesting. I think the character design was well thought out, and the story and idea were well recited. However, I think it would have added a little touch if the end song was the nursery rhyme's song (the muffin man) in that sedistic, twisted organ. Or at least enough of it for us to recognize it.

All in all though, it was quite entertaining

I don't want to get sued sir!

Thank you!

This is pretty good. however I think it would have added dimention if you flipped back pages like the anchor and the floatation device rather than pushing forward all the time.

captainmcross responds:

Yes, that is a cool idea. I hadn't thought of that but will try in an upcoming episode!

Storywise: Althought I don't know if you actually intended this, I noticed that there is a big message in here "Although the wold says that you should be this way, there is no way that you can stop being who you were truely ment to be" wich could be summed up into "Follow your dreams"

Animationwise: This is a great animation. I am really glad to seesuch smooth and simple work, rather than overwhelming us with motion. And the colour was a good choice, as the business blue wasn't so cold to give a depressive state, but did contrace the orange really nicely. The choice of orange was really nice as it didn't look like "people of the orange crop" but rather a warmer type of person.

Musicwise: The song was nice. It nicely came together.

Pahgawk responds:

I always sort of leave the story open-ended for this type of movie, so even if I didn't intent a certain interpretation, it doesn't mean it's wrong. I've counted a few different ones from the reviews that I hadn't quite pictured initially :)

your art is good and everything, but there is ways arround conforming like you say. Everyone needs money, it's really a question on how much you can live on that<s the question. I work three days a week and am working on my art. Sure I don't have a super computer with 700$ to put down for Flash, but I am working on stories and such, so that when I have it, I can blast through that process with a better story than if I had it now.

Besides, no one can make you fully conform. I am known to be the one to draw at work. My bosses hate it but unless I screw up, they can't say anything.

Blordow responds:

Cheers. As long as you're happy with where you're at. There are many unhappy people within the world who arn't happy with where they are, but nothing will change for them until they change.

So THAT's what happened to wisdom... however I would have jacked my later version's driver's licence... that way I would save money by not having to renew my driver's when it expired...

hillrdavid responds:

GENIUS

I think that the message goes further than that in the fact that, having became everything more "powerful" or rather with an advantage against the previous, he found himself weak against what he started out to be. This being the case, nothing is more powerful than the next. The king is no more important than the pauper. So be proud of who you are for you are as important as the ones whom you wish to become.

Sorry, kinda wasn't a review. Anyways. IT's an awesome movie. Other than the rock, (and obviously the air) I could really see the man in the items. Koodos on that.

RiverJordan responds:

I love your interpretation! :D

Hmmm to this i only have two things to say. 1. TRANSITION! B) Can i get the toast doll in the store?Does it come with voice box for when you squeeze it?

SplendidDevil responds:

That would be so cool!

dear Sexual-Lobster:

Success, your plan for the music did work. However the only thing that I would change in this is.... how it's not a sieries that I know of and can buy the dvds for. haha It's a great short!

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks!
